Our journey with Young DaDaFest

DDF_Ensemble_-_promo_photo_best_Rachel

My name is Rebeka Louise and I am 14 years old. My favourite thing to do is seeing my boyfriend, my mates and my family. I also enjoy spending time in the park with my dogs, singing dancing and loads more!

I’m excited for this year’s event because I haven’t performed for Young DaDaFest before, and this is my first year as part of the Ensemble!

My role is to sing, dance and play on musical instruments. My teacher asked me to join the group and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.  I have only performed in front of parents up until now – I haven’t performed in the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall.

This will be the first time for me and some of the others performing in the there – it will be a good opportunity for us.

My name is Megan and I go to the same school as Rebeka!

In my spare time, I enjoy looking after my two little cousins.  I like playing with them, especially playing football.

I got involved with Young DaDaFest and the Ensemble because I do music with my teacher Karl in school.  My favourite thing about the Ensemble is playing different tunes, meeting new people and trying new instruments.

My role is to play drums and guitar. I have performed twice at Young DaDaFest before. I would recommend that one of my mates joined the Ensemble because it is fun and we play different sounds.
