DaDaFest Scratch 21 (DDFS21) shows are priced on a Pay What You Decide (PWYD) basis.

What is Pay What You Decide?

PWYD is a pricing strategy designed to encourage you the audience to try new work. It requires audiences to book in advance, and buy a ticket for any amount of money you like, including £0.

Artists are presenting the early ideas of a new piece of work which are also being made fully accessible and available both in-person and via livestream.

Any money raised by the PWYD ticketing for DDFS21 will be used to support these artists and their work moving forwards as part of our DaDa Incubate Fellows programme , with an aim to present a fully realised version of their productions for DaDaFest International 2022 (Summer or Autumn).

After the show, if you have booked a £0 ticket or feel compelled, you have the opportunity to make a donation of what you decide you want to or can afford to pay.

PWYD income can be treated as donated income, as there is no obligation for you the audience to pay anything, unless you choose to.

To donate, please visit our JustGiving link here.

We have been inspired by Slung Low in Leeds, who have been using a PWYD structure for their events for the past decade. To find out more, please visit their website.
