Chief Executive Officer / Artistic Director

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Contract: Permanent

Location: Liverpool, but currently working remotely. 


At this pivotal moment for the company we are looking for an inspirational CEO/Artistic Director who will bring a new vision, energy and direction to our leading and influential organisation. Someone with a combination of artistic experience and imagination; an entrepreneurial approach to new opportunities; and good understanding of disability culture.

In light of the ethos of the company the CEO/Artistic Director must have direct or personal experience of disability and ideally have experience of working within or for a disabled-led organisation. We are also aware of the need for the arts to be more inclusive in terms of many different kinds of diversity. DaDaFest encourages applications from people of African, Caribbean, East Asian, South Asian, and South East Asian heritage as well as those who identify as LGBTQ+ or experience barriers due to their socio-economic background.

We are open to discussions about how we cover this role and we invite both job share and part-time applications and are committed to flexible working.
