Mapping Mondays Trail Launch

21st November 2016 - 21st November 2016
Mapping Mondays Trail Launch

The trail can be accessed on the interactive map on the first floor from 21st November.  It was created by the History of Place Volunteer Research and Archive Group who conducted research in various local archives.

Jeff Speakman, Assistant Curator, will welcome attendees and explain more about ‘Mapping Monday’ events at the Museum of Liverpool.  We will then enjoy a talk by Steve Binns, City Historian and former pupil at the school, who will share his memories of attending the school during the 1960’s. Following the talk there will be the opportunity to ask questions and speak to the History of Place team about their research and look at copies of documents and photographs from the school.

The talk will be delivered in English with BSL.  Education room 2 is an accessible room, there is lift access to the first floor and an accessible toilet close to the room.
