DaDaFest BSL Video

DaDaFest Scratch

A drama performance event

A woman who is talking into a microphone and holding a piece of paper in her left hand. She is wearing a black veil and has her eyes closed.

Access: Audio description, chill out space, BSL and this will be a relaxed performance.

This event is a unique opportunity to experience brand new, exciting work from four artists. Join us to explore a range of current and thought-provoking topics across a variety of art-forms:

Performer and Lead Dancer for Dance Sydrome, Helen Cherry, will share a solo piece exploring the idea of feeling isolated/trapped in a world surrounded by people and friends.

A spoken word monologue from Amina Atiq invites the audience to a Yemeni-British household in the 1970's, illustrating the beauty that can lie in generational conflict.

Catch an exclusive first glimpse of 'American Girl', as playwright Bethany Murray shares a powerful extract of her work in progress.

Writer and performer, Tammy Reynolds will be treating us to a solo performance about Warwick Davis' impact on her life.

Pay from just £3 per ticket. Because we believe events should be accessible for all, DaDaFest is operating a pay what you like scheme for this event.

You can pay £3, £5 or £10 - you'll be asked to make a choice at checkout.

This event is in partnership with Unity Theatre.
