 Hosted by professional actor and mental health practitioner, John McGrellis and DaDaFest Engagement Coordinator and theatre maker, Katie O’Callaghan, this is a practical workshop with group activities to get involved in. It gives you the opportunity to share your thoughts and learn useful, practical tips on positive mental attitudes.

 This is a free event but you do need to book in advance
