Do you want to learn more about your own mental health in a relaxed and friendly environment?

 If this sounds like you, this workshop might be something you would be interested in...

 Hosted by professional actor and mental health practitioner, John McGrellis and DaDaFest Engagement Coordinator and theatre maker, Katie O’Callaghan, this is a practical workshop with group activities to get involved in. It gives you the opportunity to share your thoughts and learn useful, practical tips on positive mental attitudes.

 This is a free event but you do need to book in advance

 This event is part of The Big Taboo in partnership with Unity Theatre.
