Rachel Curson Biography

picture for the websiteRachel began working for DaDaFest in September 2015, coordinating the Young DaDa Ensemble Project – a series of musical workshops and performances from a group of talented disabled musicians.  The project ran a pilot in 2014 with great success and Rachel is hoping to build on this, giving more young people the chance to develop skills and make music together.

Rachel has worked in music education for 16 years, teaching for schools and music services, coordinating provision and organizing events.  She has worked particularly with young people who may have barriers preventing access to music and is passionate about bringing the arts to all.
