Disability Equality Action Training (DEAT)
DaDaFest’s disability equality training is geared at addressing issues that prevent disabled and deaf people access to everyday opportunities. Participants on our bespoke courses gain confidence in dealing with a wide range of issues as well as an understanding to be compliant to the Disability Discrimination Act, the Bill of Human Rights and how to work inclusively and without bias. This is undertaken through an enjoyable delivery that includes active participation, PowerPoint presentations, video imagery and discussion from sessions as short as 2 hours to a full day.
