D.verCity – Disability, Deaf and Outsider Arts Festival is the second event of its kind in Lancashire, offering art sessions that explore the social model through the theme of disability arts and culture, radical shows, comedy and cutting edge art. It is intended for adults and children, for disabled and non-disabled, and for anyone interested in art that is pushing the boundaries.
